With something exciting and new like a shoot together, it’s a good choice to set expectations with one another as well as have an in-depth conversation about your boundaries, what you are willing to/not willing to do at the shoot, and someone to bounce outfit ideas off of. Do you have some favorite, classic poses in mind for your shoot? Turning up the heat a notch during your photos can be fun, steamy, and feel adventurous! A few of our favorite poses include sitting in your partner's lap, you or your partner leaning against the wall, laying on the ground with your partner on top of you, and finally - some sexy close-ups of gentle touches and smooches. One of the most fun (and sometimes hard) decisions is picking out the outfits for your photos. Are you after something more sexy? Comfortable? Unique? Some decide that lingerie and heels are their vibe, while others choose an open white button up and lacy undies. Men choose from options including boxers, loose-fitting pants with a bare chest, or even an open button up. Helping your partner pick out their outfits can be an exciting precursor to your time at the studio.
