Our Favorite Props for Your Shoot
Regardless if this is your first shoot or your third, having options is nice. On top of your lingerie choices, bra and panty sets, or whatever else you choose to wear, what are you bringing for props? What will spice it up a notch?
Props take your shoot up to the next level, and we’re here to share a few of our favorites! What you bring to your shoot should reflect you and your personality. Bring the things that make the most sense to you.
Faux Fur Blanket
There’s something about faux fur that feels luxurious and tantalizing. Adding a few shots with you posing on a fur blanket can make your shoot extra steamy. Drape it around you, lay on top of it, whatever you feel most comfortable with! Consider the color and how it’ll coordinate with your lingerie choices.
Fishnets
When we say fishnets look good on everyone, we mean fishnets look good on EVERYONE! You’re able to channel your inner badass while looking bold and sexy. These instantly give you a slightly edgy look. Pair them with a bralette or a cute cropped t-shirt for a simple sultry look!
Button-Down Shirt
There’s something so sexy about an oversized button-down shirt during a boudoir shoot! While grabbing a men’s shirt might feel like the best choice, consider a women’s white button-down a couple sizes larger than you typically wear. It hugs the curves just like we want!
Hobbies/Interests
What are you interested in? Are you involved in BDSM and adult fetish activities? Bring your favorite crop, handcuffs, or paddle. Are you into knife-play (or knives in general)? Then bring your favorite knife set! Did you never have time to have a wedding boudoir shoot but still have some items from the big day? Bring your veil, shoes, and garter. There’s really no limit to creativity here!
Shoes
And for the most obvious prop - shoes! Bring your favorite pair of pumps, high heels, stilettos, or whatever you prefer to your shoot for a sexy look. Pair it with your lingerie and consider wearing a silk robe for a tantalizing look!
