When was the last time you jumped out of your comfort zone? If you’re like most humans, you’d rather stay comfortable and take the easy road. But growth and confidence don’t grow in our comfortable spaces - they grow outside of them.

Similar to that exhilaration on a roller coaster, that feeling of excitement and fear slipping away is something to expect at your photoshoot. Push past that fear and fly!

It’s an Act of Self Care

While we tend to think of bubble baths, wine, and face masks when we hear mentions of “self care”, a boudoir shoot is a form of loving yourself. Actually, it’s a little bit of a rebellious form of self care.
